Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) senior leader Syed Khurshid Shah has said
that the PPP Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal (MMA) and other parties will field a joint candidate for the prime minister slot.
Talking
to the media in Islamabad on Wednesday, Shah said
that the opposition parties would also fiel
d joint candidates for the slots of National Assembly speaker and deputy sp
eaker.
He
was of the view that number game was not in favour of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) due to some difference with other parties.
Shah further stated
that the politics of PTI had become dependent on the Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P).
